A very loyal client to vodacom for years and my views has changed drastically

I am sooooo annoyed with vodacom... I bought a gig and downloaded 2 movies on Netflix which didn't even take 2min to download and i have 167mb left... How on eath is this possible #very angry!!!!!!!
