A *****ulent Company

Most unprofessional company ever!!!!!!!!!!! Their consultants make mistakes on my sister's new contract now She have to pay for those faults when they need to be rectified. Been fighting this battle for 2 months now and after every complain She lays the invoice just goes up. I'm honestly not happy with their services at all as it's driving my sister into depression. The bill is now R9000 coz they up graded her wrong number so she has to pay for a whole new contract that hasn't even started. So she's basically she is told to pay for a phone Vodacom never gave her. As her contract started on the 28 March 2024.

It all started of at the Vodacom Branch in Cresta Mall.
