A true ambassador to the Vodacom brand

I recently acquired an iPhone 6 from the Eastgate mall istore on a vodacom contract. After a number of failed attempts to acquire the device from the store due to the lack of interest I decided to go to the vodacom store to seek assistance. I was warmly greeted by the agent in the Vodacom shop by the name of Benson who was more than willing to assist me. After trying to resolve my issue on his system he accompanied me back to the istore were he contacted Vodacom directly so that my issue could be resolved. He went beyond the call of duty by even assisting other vodacom clients in the istore even though he didn't work there. This is a very remarkable person who really personifies the meaning of customer satisfaction . He is the type of person that really restores faith in the brand especially for people that have had bad experiences in the past like I have. I really commend Benson on his exceptional service and really hope that he is recognized and rewarded for all his hard work !!!
