A surprise cellphone claim bandwidth query

Yesterday I had incidentally dropped my device into the water. I then took in my phone for repairs which I was told that it was \beyond economical repairs".I then processed my claim this morning and to my dismay I was told that it was my responsibility to constantly check on what bandwidth was as cellphone prices drop everyday. How ever the surprise came when I spoke to a lady by the name of Neo Selepe and her Teamleader by the name of Alister Loui whome are stationed at the cellsure offices in Rivonia. I was told since the phone that I had damaged was still in the market the would replace it with the same model.
