A STAR EMPLOYEE!!!

I have been dealing with Thandeka at Blue Route Mall for years now. I have yet to find such an amazing staff member, that is, efficient, on the ball with product knowledge, intelligent, does what she says she going to do,(AND GETS IT DONE IN RECORD TIME(if stock has arrived on time)ALWAYS!!) she is thorough, diligent, warm, friendly, gets to know her clients needs, and sorts it out. Thandeka RETURNS calls promptly, with a smile I might add.... It is very rare to engage in retail, someone this efficient these days. Personally, I feel she is a wasted asset in her current position, and could do, and be so much better than where she is.... It is her, that makes my experience with that branch a breeze... Just amazing... simply amazing...
