A "sorry not sorry" attitude once again

My debit order failed to go through on the 7th and after receiving absolutely no communication from Vodacom I called to follow up. After spending nearly 1 hour on the phone with customer "care" I was told this was an error on your side and the debit order would be rerun on the 14th. Unacceptable as my agreed date per my contracts is the 7th. We are now on the 16th and still the debit order has not gone off thus prompting me to once again chase Vodacom up - I was then told that the agent could not yet see if the money had been debited on her system and I'd have to call back tomorrow - despite my bank balance clearly showing no signs of the debit. This is the same "reliable system" that suspended my account 2 months back because it was in negative arrears (Vodacom had overbilled me and owed me money!) It is absolutely unacceptable that Vodacom changes my debit order date and then still fails to take the money anyway. I am left to chase Vodacom up to get them to take my money to avoid further complications. No communication is given and I am forced to waste my work day chasing up Vodacom to no avail. Vodacom never fails to maintain their "sorry not sorry" attitude and very poor customer service.
