A service worth not even a turd

Before I left the country for an overseas business, I requested that I'll have roaming. A local IQ70 assured me that all is in order. Next day I called again just to check, knowing how brilliantly cretins they are. Of course the IQ70 I talked to had no f'ing clue, but assured me that by the next day (when I'll be in EU) all will be in order. Naturally, I had no roaming.
