A service oriented employee with a heart of gold

I want to give heartfelt thank you to Avhakholwi Maladze for his compassion and care. For the first time in my entire life since dealing with cellphone network providers in South Africa, I experienced a WOW moment. This is a amazing and know what it means to provide a service. I vented and called through very upset but he didn't get offended, not for one moment nor did he become irritated. Instead he listened, understood and emphasized. He took it upon himself to go over and above my expectations to help me. Although the call took almost an hour, he literally tried everything to get my query resolved. He called back On TIME as promised over and over until my query was resolved. That is amazing!!! No one in their cellular network servicing environment does that for people, or not that I have ever seen or heard of. Vodacom, you have a true GEM working for you and I hope that he is encouraged and supported to grow into the role that he deserves and that rewards him for the hard work that he does. I give a 20 out 10. Avhakholwi Maladze, thank you, thank you, thank you. Bless you
