A REFUSAL OF SERVICE BY VODACOM BUSINESS SERVICE CLERK

I have a business account as a sole proprietor, and following their business line *** instructions I emailed *** for a cancellation quote, which by the way I have received excellent service from in the past. Sadly a young lady called Portia Mohapi, refuses to assist and even after showing her my account and copies of the previous quotes, she is adamant she won't assist. - this after 3 emails There is no way to get hold of a line manager as the business line cuts off once they tell you to send an email, but the email is blocked by Portia, so I am firstly going to try Hello Peter and then the ombudsman.
