A refreshing service
I got such great service from Sihle Wiseman Khwela from the contract cancelations department. He id energic, enthusiastic and eager to service clients. The 1st lady I spoke to said I can't be assisted because it's the 1st of the month. but Sihle helped me, I got my cancelation quote and I don't even think I will cancel.. He even said let the lady go because I serviced you. What a gentle man!
