A promising follow up from Vodacom

It's only fair to up my poor experience with Vodacom I wrote a review last week . I got a phone call from a customer representative Mr Mahali he showed concern and promised to escalate the problem . Although the problem is not resolved this feedback was appreciated . Thank you . Let's see if Vodacom can now totally resolve my issue and I have no problem in writing another complimentary review when my issue is resolved. But must we write rotten reviews to get some help?
