A possible ****?
<p>I won an entry into 'Summer Guaranteed Millionaire Draw' on 2017-02-14. I got an SMS stating that 'You'll receive a confirmation SMS in 24hrs'.</p> <p>I am still waiting for this confirmation.</p> <p>This happend on 2 of my devices. </p>

This is for her:
On the Vodacom app, you press the 'Play now' button, then the 'Click to Play', again the 'Click to play'. If by chance you then win on the 'Vodacom Millionaires' prize you get screen informing you about it.
Then you get a SMS:
'Congrats! you have been entered into the Summer Guaranteed Millionaire Draw as well as the weekly draw. You'll receive a confirmation SMS in 24hrs. T&Cs apply'.
The next day you get a SMS:
'You have been entered into the Summer Guaranteed Millionaire draw on dd/mm/yyyy as well as this weeks draw. Your reference number is nnnnnnnn. T&Cs apply.'
I 'won' an entry into the draw, got the 1st SMS, but never the 2nd SMS.
She was going on about me having to SMS to enter and reading the T&Cs. If the T&Cs telling me I have no leg to stand on. That is why this is a possible ****, there being lax controls being app****.
