A polite warning sms would have been nice

Close to the end of June I received a gig of data from a family member, I don't phone as much as i do chatting on whatsapp etc. Early July my account (top up 140) was credited with my R140 airtime and 100meg data as per my contract, i had ENOUGH data and ENOUGH airtime. Today i couldn't do squat only to phone customer care to find all my funds has been depleted. I consider myself to be saving savvy, i check my balances regularly to avoid the dreaded out bundle data rates usually i get a 4 meg warning sms warning me that my data is almost out whereby i switch off my mobile data until i've loaded new data. The last time i did a balance check i had 200meg of data left of my gig as i thought and R130+- airtime where i kept my calls low so i could convert my airtime to data. No, instead all my airtime went for out of data bundle rates as my data was presumably out, i got no 4 meg warning sms to warn me that my data is almost out so i could convert my airtime to data. So now my data is out my airtime is out i switched of my mobile data, the new month is around the corner how much of my new R140 airtime and 100meg data wil i have left after out of data bundle rates??
