A pleasant surprise and experience

Vodacom often disappoints in service, but my experience over the last two days with the customer care side has been excellent! I regret I cannot remember the lady's name from yesterday (the 24th), but she was very efficient and friendly and delivered on her follow through sms to assist with blocking my ****** sim card and blacklisting the phone. The service from the Vodashop in the WhaleCoast Mall in Herm**** was equally friendly, fast and efficient. The final leg of this unfortunate and inconvenient journey of when one's phone is ****** was very efficiently, also friendly and professionally dealt with by Nthabiseng from the call centre, who also followed up when she said she would and solved the last issue of re-connectivity quickly. This whole experience has been a pleasure from start to finish (except of course that the phone was ****** in the first place... ;\) Thank you to all those who helped me with this issue.
