A phone ordered almost 2 weeks ago STILL hasn't arrive!
I ordered a phone almost 2 weeks ago from Vodacom. It was meant to be delivered the day after the order was made by RAM courier. Vodacom keeps shifting the blame to RAM and RAM never answers their phones - using "all our operators are currently busy" as a way to avoid taking accountability to customers. Vodacom, I bought the phone from you and you therefore remain responsible! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in both RAM and Vodacom.
