In a country with so many complaints, I would like to complement excellent service received from Jerome in the cancellations department. It was so refreshing to speak to an actual human being that is professional and does not read everything off a piece of paper. He saved me so much money which helps so much in this financially difficult time. Keep up the wonderful service Jerome. We need more people like you in call centres. People that actually try to help.
