I have battled with numerous other agencies and companies in altering details and amending policies, yet Nhlanakipho was incredibly helpful, he really went out of his way to assist me in my every query and was incredibly patient with me, and helped resolve every issue and query I presented.<br> <br> I highly recommend this gentleman on the professional yet companiable manner in which he dealt with my query and feel he should be commended on his positive attitude - I could hear him smiling over the phone!
