A formal complaint on vodacom phone blacklisting department... My phone was blacklisted weeks ago without my permission where I was told it was reported ******. I had to fill out a form, write an affidavit then send proof of purchase which I did. It took weeks for my phone to be unblacklisted.

Now my phone started to give the same issues and I just found out that It was blacklisted again...I bought the phone cash at Dion Wired and now I'm struggling to use it. VODACOM THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
