A FIRST! GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

<p>After struggling with inept, unprofessonal staff at Vodacom Care Centre from the 22nd of January 2017, and asking on numerous occasions to speak to a Manager / Team Leader and being handed to over a Manager / Team Leader with the same ineptness and unprofessionalism, i was at my wits end.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, presistence and dogged determination eventually paid off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ended up speaking to <strong>OLGA </strong><strong>SETSEPU</strong> at <strong>MERCHANT JOHANNESBURG</strong>.</p> <p>This person was <strong>Freindly, Professional and completely Customer Orientated</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p>This person managed to resolve the problem (which was created by Vodacom), in a matter of two (2) days. Also, she returned calls as promised - This is a first as this NEVER happens.</p> <p> </p> <p>I respectfully request that <strong>OLGA SETSEPU MERCHANT BANK JOHANNESBURG</strong> be <strong>PERSONALLY THANKED BY SENIOR MANAGEMENT <em>AND</em> AWARDED AN INCENTIVE BONUS <em>AND</em> A PROMOTION TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom to please respond to this compliment.</p>
