A DEFINITE 'NO' TO CELLSURE INSURANCE

Its now a few weeks later and I have been contacted by cellsure to ask for the claim form that I submitted in connection with the ****** phone. explained that I wasn't there yet in the process, I was still waiting for an acknowledgement of the police report that I sent them which would surely lead to them sending me that claim form?
Needless to say I am still waiting for the claim form, having resent the police report.

I even got a survey to fill in asking if I would recommend Vodacom. I would recommend Vodacom but DON'T TOUCH CELLSURE, their insurance company! Not only are they more expensive than others but they have a policy of not answering their phones (18 minutes until answering on my last call). They insured 2 of my phones when I upgraded my contracts despite me refusing their policy in the shop and crossing it out.
Now that a phone of mine was indeed ******, they refuse to even send me a claim form to begin the reimbur*****t. Or maybe they will say it was ****** abroad and they wont pay out? Let's see what the next survey/step/ excuse/silence will follow.
Whatever follows, Cellsure, just know that I will not stop posting about this on hellopeter.
