A deal that went wrong

Made a purchase of Alcatel Pop up tablet, delivered 23 June 2014 Parcel No. ***ZA. On arrival of it I wasn't happy with the product and 01 July 2014 I returned it on the address on the package, I've been making calls since I posted it with no luck, the last call I was given the Ref S3-1VH2E-EVE CD, promised the matter will be looked at in 24hours, but still now the debit order goes through every month, I'm basically paying for something I don't want let alone have in my possession.
