A Customer Service Agent Doesn't Give Me "Permission" To Speak To His Manager?

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any service provider. Firstly a customer service agent fails to fully understand my issue as it relates to ***** happening on my account for a second time. And then because of his rudeness and failure to communicate with me as a customer properly, when I ask to speak to his supervisor he blatently says "I do not give you permission to do that".

Since when do customers need permission to complain about the service being provided? I will accept nothing less than a formal apology from the Zwelibanzi Molaudzi (hopefully I've spelt this correctly) and his supervisor for the worst display of customer service I've ever experienced.
