A consultant that took ownership and resolved my problem
The first time I reported to Vodacom that I am receiving a data balance on my Vodacom tablet which was incorrect.it was a repetition of exactly the same SMS each time. I was given a reference and as to be expected nothing was resolved. The second I called in and spoke to SOMAYA, .She was an absolute stunner and her patience and professionalism is an asset for Vodacom. My problem was resolved and she even called the next day to follow up. WOW SOMAYA ! Ipat you on the back to say Well Done!
