A COMPLAIN TO A COMPLIOMENT AND BACK TO COMPLAIN OF BREACH OF CONTRACT

Concerning my last issue with the breach of contract , I had converted the rating too quickly as Monday the 16th April 2018 I was assured by Rudi from the escalations department that my account will be cancelled and I wont be owing the company anymore and this morning the 18th April 2018 from the collections department.

When I call the collections department this morning and spoke to Nonhlanhla Khumalo with ref as the time of call 08:44, she advised me that she will talk with her supervisor/team leader to call me back after a follow up was made as she cannot se one of the order numbers I supp**** her for the Friday complain(ref 1- ********** ********** ), she was able to view only the December 2017 order ref 1- ********** ********** .

My issue is now I have to go back after I had though this will be sorted out and I have never had bad credit and my score is affected by the cycle due arrears imposed to me while I was not responsible from changing the cancellation I had made in time in Dec 2017 but now what should I do?

Please enlighten me Vodacom, why are you doing this to me?

Thank you I have received a call from Rudi to confirm the account is settled as the credit on my account has been done and the collections department was notified of the same to update the status.
