A Company's True Colours

With my father passing away in June, we had to update the billing details for his vodacom contract - there are 4 numbers that fall on this contract. After 5 weeks of sending ALL required paperwork through, dealing with the Vodashop in Norwood, paying almost R2000 in what they are saying is in arrears (despite the account being up to date) and having all 4 numbers suspended on and off regularly, they have still failed to assist with sorting this matter out. Two of the numbers are still to this day suspended - we are unable to get hold of my mother on her cell and she is unable to make any outgoing calls! You see a company's true colours when someone passes away and unfortunately after 20 years together, I have seen the worst side of Vodacom.

Yes, this is the same generic response you give to every complaint.
I have heard this for weeks yet I am still waiting for a callback

Hi Vodacom,
I was away on Thursday afternoon until monday morning with no cellphone signal.
I have not received any voice message or anything of the sorts.
Apparently 2 of the cellphone numbers are still awaiting the transfer of ownership
Regardless of anything, how do you put someone through this revolting experience - suspending numbers on and off for 6 weeks!!! I am still YET to receive an invoice for the R1998 payment that we were forced to make? What is this for???
