I don't know what type of **** you are trying to run but with the cost of data being as high as it is I don't appreciate almost 850mbs being drained from my account all in the space of a minute. I never run out of data from my contract, I haven't had to top up in months and nothing has changed in terms of my usage with all updates set to occur only in wifi and most apps set to not use mobile data.

I have tried to contact your call centre however I just get told that the lines are busy and to call back. This is unacceptable. On the 24 th of the month I still had 604mbs of data left of my 1Gb bundle, which shows how little mobile data I use in a month, yet in 30 seconds you drain it to zero and then when I top up with 250 mbs that gets drained too.
