A Cellular Company who wont call you back,.. (But MTN Will)

I am flabbergasted at how difficult it is to get anyone at Vodacom to return a call as promised... I want to add a cell phone to my contract and no one can seem to get it right.

I eventually decided to cancel my contract for a better offer from MTN. Same price with MORE benefits. I called cancellation and they promised to get back to me.... absolutely nothing!

I have been with Vodacom since 1996! I cannot believe it has come to this after so many years, but MTN is getting my (and my family's) business
