a cell phone account i did not renew

I have a cell phone account with Vodacom which was renewed at Rustenburg according to Vodacom consultant , but I did not renew it . I was advised by Vodacom consultant to email an affidavit , copy of my id & 3 samples of my signatures to Vodacom ***** disputes which I did , but nothing happened . I have tried to follow up several times but I get no help . but my biggest worry it have a bad impact on my credit profile ,please help.
