A bunch of useless ******

Last year April I went to Vodacom shop in fourways, the one by dischem, and I ask to buy a cheap phone. Edward was the sales consultant that I was dealing with, insisted that I take a contract out. So after an hour of debating I took out a contract. I filled in the whole contract forms with him. I told him that my sim card used to be n contract through my ex-boyfriend but it is pre-paid now. So he said it was fine we can use the card. End of April the debit order of R209 went off and I did not receive the airtime I was supposed to get. I phoned the 082 111 number and I was told the sim card is still in my ex-boyfriends name but the banking details are mine. I went back to the Vodacom shop and I spoke to Edward to which he rep**** “it’s an IT error” and please can I fill in another contract form, this continued for about two months. I went back and forth trying to sort it out, I tried cancelling the contract and I got nowhere. I eventually found out that Edward had put the wrong cell phone number in when he was loading my contract. I then decided to take it to the ncc for assistance. The Ncc just handed it back to Vodacom. I have phoned everyone and no one is willing to assist me. I got a copy of the contract and the one that is signed does not have a cell number on it and the only place where the incorrect number is showing is on the form Edward typed in. Vodacom is saying that I signed the contract for the number which is absolute *******. If they would have phoned Edward they would have been told what the problem was and they could have fixed it. I phoned the 082 111 number again in Jan 2018 and the lady told me to open a case of ***** so I downloaded all my bank statements (at R6.50 each) since last April and submit them with my id and an affidavit. I was then informed by the *****s department that it is not a case of *****. I have spent so much money and these idiots have no idea what they are doing. I will phone someone and then I get told “we will phone you back” and then nothing. This has gone one since April 2017 as well. I did not receive the sim card for the incorrect number and I have no idea where to go from here, but this is absolute ******* and they are a bunch of ******.
