A bunch of *******

I have been trying to get my query resolved by Vodacom since April. i have reference numbers that noone is able to use to check the progress of my query. Absolutely useless bunch of customer agents. Team Leaders refuse to take calls citing that they dont have access to systems that can assist in resolving my query. If you can please avoid taking contracts with Vodacom to avoid being ******. Disgusting.
