A bunch of data and airtime ******!!!

<p>Ihave used Vodacom for more years than I can even remember but am now seriously considering changing to another network and changing all my employees also to another network. On many occasions I have been cheated off my airtym and data. The latest example is just now, I bought 100 Megs double your data, which would have meant that I had 200 Meg loaded as a result. Within a minute or less of loading that data, I am sitting with 0 Megs data. Theres no way in hell that 200 Megs data can last 30 seconds. Hell I didnt even get a chance to use it. I have lost count of how many times this has happened and Iv gotten to a point of not even bothering to call their customer care because even a 10 year old boy could give me better answers and assistance than those improperly trained people who don't seem to have any idea in the world what they are doing. Someone from management needs to call me asap and sort out my issue. I will not let this on slip this time around. This is not on.</p>
