On Thursday 29 June 23 i was very frustrated because i needed to either cancel my fiber contract or if lucky get a cheaper option at Vodacom or go to other service providers. I have been with Vodacom since 2005 when i got my first cellphone contract and it never crossed my mind that i would get another service provider. I called the Fiber Customer Service and was assisted by a lad named Azande Khumalo who told me he is based at the call Centre in Durban. What a breeze he made the encounter to be. He told me he will try his best to et me the best deal considering that i am not really for cancelling but would like to reduce my expenses during these tough economic times. Indeed he got me something cheaper and to top it all i am staying with Vodacom!!!!
