whom it may concern

I reported my phone and claimed for insurance on the 19 of April, it's the 21st of May today and I'm getting run arounds, I lost an IPhone 11 which is now discontinued, I agreed on taking another phone yet they couldn't assist me due to the betterment fee being high saying I have to take an IPhone 13 128gb, I Called like 20 stores to find out if I can get that phone no store has that phone and I'm being told of a contrain in the stock which I didn't mind, I've been patient for a month now without a phone yet I paid the premium and I'm about to pay the second premium without my phone with me, I was then given an option of taking the iPhone 13 256gb which I also agreed on paying the betterment fee which was calculated for me R7700 I was also given the run arounds that I can't take that phone due to whatever reason they had though I'm the one who will be paying for the difference, Finally that was sorted out and the store was able to print the quotation to my Suprise the quotation then came with R10 660 that I have to. I called in again to enquire they saw the mistake on their side but can't fix it because IT department does not work on weekends, Yet another week ending without me having a phone.. I'm not happy about the service and I honestly can't refer anyone to take it. How does the insurance department generate a quote with incorrect amounts and send it to the store? If I was the ******** client I would have paid the R10 660 and left. The phone they saying I should take is R19600 I'm covered for R15 000 how it then than I have to pay R10 000.. I need answers and feedback as soon as possible.. Now nothing can be done because it's a Saturday and the insurance is not working and I have to understand that whereas I've been waiting for a month and a few days..

Please assist
