9 Months to fix YOUR error and you are still messing it up!

After cancelling one of my sims with vodacom over 9 MONTHS ago and having endless issues with vodacom sending wrong statements, phone calls confirming one thing then statements saying something else and then to top it off Vodacom taking a debit out of my bank account (for which they DID NOT have permission -yes this is called *****ING) they are STILL sending me a statement saying I owe them money when I have been given a credit reference number for that amount 3 months ago! As it was Vodacom's error for billing the amount in the first place! The credit reference number is: ********** 56932. VODACOM - ITS SIMPLE, LOOK AT THE ACCOUNT, CREDIT THE AMOUNT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED PER THE REFERENCE NUMBER GIVEN, REMOVE ANY OTHER CHARGES YOU HAVE ERRONEOUSLY MADE, SEND ME A FULL BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES AND CREDITS FOR THE PAST 9 MONTHS AND THEN SEND MY STATEMENTS MONTHLY NOT EVERY 2 MONTHS SO THAT A) I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND B) WE CAN MANAGE THE ACCOUNT PROPERLY AGAIN. It's not rocket science Vodacom - it's what you are supposed to do all day, every day - manage accounts properly....

still....waiting.....had an email to say they were fixing it and would send me a statement showing the credited amount. But words have so little value when it comes to Vodacom.
