89 Days and still waiting for Vodacom

Hi

Today marks day 89 of trying to port my number. (Tomorrow will be 90 Days)

I Have never seen or heard of such bad customer service ever,

I am ashamed to call Vodacom my service provider.

If I did not have so many subscriptions and services on this number I would have given up and just used a new SIM and number, But I can not stop now, here is what I had to do so far to no avail.

3X HelloPeter Posts including this one (3X comments I made to my 2 previous posts - All unanswered)

6X Facebook Posts

12X Phone calls to the Vodacom Shop

2X Calls from Vodacom (Social Media)

8X Calls from Vodacom Shop

3X Vodacom Shop Visits

7X E-mails to **********

So far this has been a huge inconvenience for me as well as costing me money and losing out on free airtime from my wife for the last 3 months, but I remain stuck on FNB. Even my work had to suffer as I was without airtime a few times where I needed to call the office. Not to mention the phone calls to Vodacom as well as the Vodacom Shop visits.

This entire process has cost me money, stress as well as losing faith in a brand I have been using since 2001.

Any normal company would phone you every day or two to inform you on the status of your request, and if they know about any issues holding up the process, inform you about it, not Vodacom.

I still do not know what is going on or when they are going to port my number?

Vodacom staff needs in-depth training on how to port numbers as well as basic customer service training.

Vodacom is truly the worst.
