Shocking service from Vodacom upgrades call centre ***, I have called 3 times to get information about my delivery for my phone and I get passed to RAM Couriers, there 1st person I dealt with rudely cuts the call on me, there after calling twice and getting through to the manager I am told that this call centre doesn't handle online upgrade information due to different business rules thereafter I ge tto speak to someone at Vodacom online and I am told that my upgrade hasn't even gone through after I have received written confirmation from Vodacom! once again absolutely shocking service with long standing customers!
