8 months to trf from personal name to business name and still not done!!!!!

I have been very patiently trying to get our 3 phone numbers moved to our business account. Unfort today my patience has run out because I'm told every month to resend the letters...they must be moved 1 by 1....I have been trying since 14 January 2022 - 8 months!!!!! Now today I'm told the letter sent in April must be present with today's date. The 3 directors who have to sign are not available at a moments notice and the letters have to be redone, resigned, scanned in and sent every time Vodacom doesnt do their work. I'm exhausted trying to get a single thing done....1 whole cel phone has been moved...I have sent the ID'S, LETTERS, 3 month bank statements again and again...how much longer....maybe after a year this will get done!!!!!! So tired of asking
