8 MONTHS TO CANCEL A LINE????

I have been requesting Vodacom to cancel one of my contracts since June 2020. This has now been requested 4 times. I was assured that this line would have been cancelled months ago. In the meantime I have cut up the sim card as I have not been using the number. Well to my surprise, I was looking online last night, and found that this particular number is still operational and VODACOM is gloriously taking the subscription each month .. Airtime not used, they just pocketing my money? Today I telephone and the line gets pushed thru for cancellation as the Dude that assisted me confirmed, that he sees on their records that I have requested cancellation since June 2020... So now I get a message from Vodacom advising that the contract has been changed to prepaid. THAT IS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED. How can I have a prepaid number with no simcard because it has been cut up!.. Last night I had airtime, that of course I cannot use.. Today, after the call, there is NO AIRTIME... Now I demand that VODACOM refunds all my subs from June 2020, and this must be refunded IMMEDIATELY... Your bill today, included another premium... VODACOM SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED... I demand that a Manager phone me on my other *082 number which they have on file, to confirm that I shall be refunded as I DEMAND a full refund from June 2020 ... Your Vodacom Facebook helpline is also inefficient. They have been bounching messages backwards and forwards the whole day, irritating me even further...

LAST NOTE TO VODACOM STAFF... Where is your customer satisfaction??? When U get your salary every month, where do you think that money comes from? It comes from us, YOUR CUSTOMERS... It is important to treat them right and with respect...
