8 days later and no feedback

I still do not have any feedback from Vodacom. Someone phoned me last Tuesday to tell me he will sort it out and I phoned yesterday and my phone is in the same status as a week ago.....It has now been 14 days after I was told 7 to 10 days and I do not have my phone back. I have left a response on my previous complaint. Pls action. Thanks
