75% cancellation fee on a DATA ONLY contract - Pathetic
I want to cancel my Vodacom DATA ONLY contract and I have to pay 75% of the remaining contract???? Sorry how is that inline with the "reasonable penalty" in the CPA? Any right minded person will realize that's an absurdly high cancellation fee. And for what? I don't have a handset or anything owned by Vodacom? CGSO should get involved.

10 Apr 2021, 17:57None of your consultants ever contacted me so you were lying there. Well done. Secondly the law states a reasonable cancellation fee. Any “reasonable man” would not say 75% is a reasonable cancellation fee and you have to be completely stupid to think it is, or in this case just taking advantage of your customers because you know you can get away with it. Don’t worry your time will come Vodacom. Companies don’t get away with this forever. South Africans will fight this exploitation.
