73 Year Old Pensioner Having Trouble

-Someone from Vodacom, please contact me.

-My mother (73 years old) have been sold some sort of data plan.

-Now she is getting Final Demand letters from your Coolections Department, this after we have spoken to this Depatment. We are disputing the relevance of the tele/direct sale and want access to the call recordings.

-My mother offered to pay the outstanding amount, while we sort out the dispute. This to prevent her credit record being negativly effected.

-The agent at Vodacom collections department told us not to do it, they will investigate it and contact my mother.

-Now my mother have recieved a Letter of Final Demand.

-This while my mothers other Vodacom account is paid every month via debit order. She has been a Vodacom customer for decades!!!!

-Please help.

-Note: It is very frustrating not to be abel to have an email address to contact Vodacom.....call centres do not work for more deligate matters.
