7 Weeks and counting, delivery still happening ?
Dear "powers that be" at Vodacom, I am now begging
On Black Friday / 29th of November I placed an order for a device via your app with my Vodabucks
To date (7 weeks later) there is no word on delivery despite numerous phone calls and service requests.
Please please please, I have paid in full, kindly fulfill your end of the deal
