7 DAYS AND STILL NO SOLUTION TO EMAIL SPAMMING

1. I suddenly started to receive notification in my e-mail. 2. I NEVER provided Vodacom with that e-mail address and is also not the account holder. 3. Vodacom NEVER asked me, or the account holder for permission to SPAM me, or for the e-mail address. 4. On 11 May, I called Vodacom Customer Service (135). I am put through whole rick-marole of getting to speak to an agent, but end up with TOBI - which tell me it cannot help me. 5. According to https://www.vodacom.com/contact-us.php I am to call 135 to get to customer care. 6. According to https://help.vodacom.co.za/personal/emailus?aq=General%20enquiry I am to call 111 to speak to customer care. There is NO option to e-mail customer care. 111 give a message that the service is no longer in use (or is now a Covid number) 7. So, I cannot call, I cannot e-mail!!! 8. I contacted them on Facebook. 9. 7 days later NO resolution, though I was also communicating on ***, and ***. 10. On Facebook Messenger, the agent demanded the contact details of the "account holder". NOBODY spoke to the account holder, before they started SPAMMING me with notifications in my e-mail!!! They also now refuses to call the account holder, on the contact details they have on hand!!! 11. Apparently they cannot make changes on the profile, unless they spoke to the account holder. Yet, they could start SPAMMING me, without speaking to the account holder. 12. Today, an agent called the account holder and told me to sms a code to 123. I did that and received a message that 123 is out of service! I am given a **# number to dial. 13. I dialled the **# number and receives the message that the request that I specified is not found! 14. So if all I had to do to stop the SPAMMING, is to sms/dial a code - why not just help me???? Why the demand to speak to the account holder????? 15. When will Vodacom solve this matter? 16. I repeatedly requested a reference number and none was given.

Reviewer Update
It is now 11 days later. And still no resolution.!!!

In fact, The agents manning Facebook messenger, is still demanding the contact details of the account holder. This, after Vodacom promised me on Monday, that after they spoke to the account holder, they will sort this problem out!!! They spoke to him and now they are again asking for his details! They have the details on his account - if they need to speak to him ,why do they not contact him?
Above Vodacom states they will not request personal details in WhatsApp, but they do on FB messenger????

E-mail from *** :
Hi Lorraine,
I have tried everything possible on my end. Your email address must still be loaded somewhere on the backend.
I have no escalated the matter to the billing services team.
The email you sent the SMS and the USSD code needs to be done from the phone.
I will let you and hopefully we find a resolution soon.
Thank you for your patience.

Who loaded the email address somewhere on the backend?
Who spoke to the account holder, before they were able to do this? - I want to listen to the call recording of this conversation as neither I, nor the account holder did this!
Why is this with the billing services team? I am not paying the bill, so billing services does not have my e-mail address!
