7 day reactivatiion taking almost a month

I have been processing the reactivation of a line since end March 2015.
The Rosebank Vodacom store faxed the reactivation documents - apparently Vodacom did not receive them.
I went back to the store and the emailed it to Vodacom - Vodacom has still apparently NOT received the documents.
I went to the store, made a copy of the reactivation documents and personaly emailed it to Vodacom - They still apparently have not received the documents.

Now I am sitting here, with a number that 'doesn't exist', people can't get in touch with me, simply because a service provider cannot facilitate the service that they are supposed to be doing.
I have followed up religiously with Vodacom and spoke to agent after agent, some promising to call me back, some just rudely hanging up on me when they realise that there's nothing they can do.

Vodacom, what do you need me to do to get my line activated?? Payments have been done, documents have been sent to [Email Removed]
Should I have to wait another 2 to 3 months before my line is reactivated?
At this moment, I just want to cancel the contract and go to another mobile service provider.

This is ridiculous!
