7 complaints about bad network

I started with the complaints a year and a half ago about bad network, I have requested a technician come see to the fault at my premises and to no avail no one has arrived and I keep on getting messages to say that there's no fault or the fault has been repaired when in actual fact it hasn't. I'm an IT technician so when vodacom tries telling me to do stuff I already know and have tried I tell them I'm a IT technician. How many more complaints am I going to post before I get a technician to come visit me and see my fault?
