7-14 Working days???

I recently(30-12-15) booked my cellphone in for a screen repair and was advised the repair process takes 7-14 working days, on the day I booked in my phone I advised the consultant that it is insured by cellsure and the necessary form was completed. I only received a text alert days(04-01-16) later with a job number. I figured \FESTIVE DELAY"";I found the lady that helped me on the day I booked my phone in with when I received the\""it's not really my problem attitude\"" and no definite answer as to when I will get my phone back.
