7-14 days to receive an emailed statement

I called in last week for a copy of my statement for the last financial year. I moved over to a different network as the costs with vodacom were way too excessive (way more affordable options out there). Due to me no longer being a client of Vodacom, i now have to wait for 7-14 working days for a statement. I get told if I didnt leave vodacom to another network, i would have already received my statement. I request to speak to a manager, Innocentia Motebe comes onto the line. she was extremely unproffessional with poor telephone etiquette. aren't companies required to keep records for 5 years??? Is this treament in line with "TCF"???? Please can someone who is competent enough assist me with my statement for the last financial year????
