6th post- NO SIGNAL - 72 people same problem, same area

6th post - Still no signal. The best solution vodacom could come up with is to install boosters in all the homes. Unfortunately we all have boosters so that is not a solution. I again had to phone vodacom and request for feedback. It's as if they think we will just forget about it if they ignore us. Monday the 15th of Aug, yet another fault was logged and I was promised someone will make contact with me and sort this out. Its a week later and still nothing. A promise was made that a technician will come out and investigate the area. No techinician was here. I started this complaining on the 26th of July. It's almost a month later and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

5th post regarding signal - No Signal - 72 people with the same problem, same area, no response from Vodacom. After logging a fault on the 26th of July, I again had to phone Vodacom this morning to find out why nothing is being done about the issue. The lady from customer care told me the fault was never logged and the reference number does not exist. After holding on for 10min, eventually she says they are working on it. Can't give me a reference number or a call reference number. She also tells me that the booster in my house is the problem. we have 72 people in the same area with the same problem. NO SIGNAL. The booster in my house has nothing to do with the problem. The booster doesn't work if it has no signal to boost. Also, there are 13 homes with boosters and they also have the NO SIGNAL problem. This will be my 5th post regarding signal. We are paying for a service and no service is being delivered.

I have a list of 72 people (paying for vodacom service each month) that are experiencing the same problem in the same area. We have no signal, no internet, if you do get an incomming call it gets dropped within 30 seconds. Outgoing calls are not even worth trying. The tower close to the area is not working. We have reported this on numerous occasions. Just being ignored by Vodacom. The best excuse is that they will send out a technician. No one ever pitches. How many more people do I need to get on my list or is 72 enough to raise concern. We are paying for a service. Can't vodacom do the effort to fix the problem or upgrade the tower.
