60 DAS LATER IM STILL NOT GETTING MY PAID LETTER FOR A PAID UP ACCOUNT

I don’t know what is it going to take to get my paid up letter ??

It’s been almost 2 FULL MONTHS since I have been waiting to get my paid up letter !!!

Instead I get calls from your *********** people who keep on “correcting my ID “ on the letter but the letter is not getting sent ?

The account is paid off but Vodacom is still refusing to cancel and close the contract and give me my letter ???

What the endless calls about to just get my paid up letter ?????
