6 years down the drain...

I sent my Huawei Mate 8 in because my screen started lifting and was told i had to wait 14 work days to get it back (3 weeks) which I was fine with. After threr weeks i phoned to ask when i could get it back and was told by a rude consultant that my i have been given a R9000 credit (my phone costs R14500) and i could go pick a new phone of that worth. I was not happy with that and asked if i could just have my phone back so i could take it to a local shop that would fix it and was told that i won't be getting my phone back. I will be switching to cell C who offered to buy out my contract.
